Experience the charm of Alaska with an unforgettable cruise down the Chena River aboard an authentic Sternwheeler Riverboat. Later, head for Denali National Park via a scenic motorcoach trip to the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Check in with the Guest Service Desk for help in planning your own Denali adventure. Or you may enjoy the spectacular main lodge, river view deck, and Princess Village with the popular Christmas cottage and sugar shack. Be sure to check out Fannie Q's Saloon, named after a famed local homesteader.

Start your morning with a quick stop at Fannie Q's saloon for a hearty breakfast. Explore Denali National Park on a Natural History Tour, watching for glimpses of North America?s tallest peak as well as Denali's "Big Five"; bears, moose, caribou, wolves and Dall sheep. Later today, you may want to simply relax with a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the Nenana River. Visit the Grizzly Burger or grab a slice at Lynx Creek Pizza.

This morning you'll travel by motorcoach to Denali State Park for two nights at the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. Take in the sensational views of the Alaska Range with a glass of wine in the Great Room or on the expansive deck. Hear stories about climbing the mountain in the Hudson Theater or roast a marshmallow at the fireside patio.

You have a full day to plan however you choose. Stop by the Tour Desk to book a variety of optional excursions. Walk the nature trails around the lodge or sit and gaze at the majesty of "The Great One" from the lodge's treehouse, designed and built by Pete Nelson of Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters.

After a morning enjoying the lodge, you'll transfer to the historic town of Talkeetna to board our exclusive Direct-to-the-Wilderness Rail service for the journey to Whittier and your waiting ship.
